Focus on Successful Bands
The DocPoint 2012 music selection starts today with two films that focus on two of the most successful bands in the world, The Beatles and U2. Martin Scorsese depicts the life of the “quiet Beatle”, George Harrison. The film includes previously unseen film and sound material as well as archive material and recent interviews. In David Guggenheim's latest film From the Sky Down the viewer is taken to the 80's, in to the middle of perhaps the worst crisis of U2.
