Accessibility of Screening Theatres

From below you can find detailed information on accessibility to the screening theatres of DocPoint. In some cases access to theatres with a wheel chair requires help from the festival staff. Please ask for assistance at the information desk of the theatre or at the ticket counter. 

Andorra
Andorra is not an accessible theatre. We recommend you to contact someone from the festival or theatre staff when you arrive at the theatre in order to secure the accessibility. 

Ateneum Hall
Around ten wheelchair seats and induction loop available. Entrance to hall by elevator from Ateneuminkuja street.

Bio Rex
Four wheelchair seats at the upper landing. Entrance to the threatre by elevator from central doors of Lasipalatsi building (assistance needed). No induction loop available.

Kiasma Theatre
Two wheelchair seats. No induction loop available.

Kinopalatsi
Kinopalatsi 1 and 2 each have two wheelchair seats. Kinopalatsi 5 and 6 each have one wheelchair seat. No induction loops available.

Maxim
Two wheelchair seats in Maxim 1 and three in Maxim 2. Maxim 1 is accessible also with electric wheelchairs, Maxim 2 only with lighter wheelchairs. No induction loop available.

Orion
Customers in wheelchairs will require assistance to enter. Induction loop and earthed plug socket available. No disabled toilet facilities, lifts or information desk. Coat racks are inside the theatre hall.
